Orders are processed and shipped from New Zealand.
Processing time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. During busy periods or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
Shipping rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or offered as a flat rate depending on destination. Any available free-shipping thresholds will be displayed during checkout.
International shipping rates reflect real carrier costs. We aim to keep shipping as fair and transparent as possible while ensuring orders arrive safely.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

Lost or delayed shipments
If your order appears lost or significantly delayed, contact us and we will work with the carrier to investigate. While we cannot guarantee carrier delivery times, we will do everything possible to help resolve shipping issues.
Incorrect addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may require additional shipping charges to be resent.
